New Clients:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Book a Session’ Page

  2. Select New Client Intake

  3. Select a time for a consultation. If you are not ready to schedule a consultation but would like to complete your profile, please select any random time so that you may move on to the next step of the intake. Contact us to let us know that you would like to schedule your consultation at a later date.

  4. Please download and sign the liability waiver below. Upload it in the appropriate section of the form.

Liability Waiver

Booking Boarding:

Select “Boarding.” Choose each date on the calendar (select the 8am time slot) for the dates you would like your dog to stay with us. When you select the time slot, choose 'Select and Add Another Time', and select the same time on the next day for each day of your dog's stay.

Dogs may be picked up and dropped off at anytime between 8:00am and 7:30pm, 7 days a week. Just call or text us to let us know when you plan to arrive.

Booking Daycare
Booking daycare through this system is optional. If you prefer, we can schedule your dog’s daycare visits for you on the backend. You may drop your dog off here or at the van and we will update the system.

Dogs may be picked up and dropped off at our facility at anytime between 8:00am and 7:30pm, 7 days a week. Complimentary transportation from Brickell runs on weekdays. Drop off is at 7:45am and pick up is at 1:45pm. Transportation from Coconut Grove can be arranged.

If you purchase a daycare package, you will receive a code with each purchase. Use the code when scheduling individual daycare sessions. We can also apply the code on the backend for you.

Booking Training

Individual training sessions can be booked directly through Acuity. Training packages are customized and scheduled separately. If you would like to book a training package, please contact us directly and we will arrange your sessions for you.
